If you have one or more stallions and multiple mares you can do a Build-a-foal program!
The BAF is where anyone can lease a mares for breeding purpose to breed to there stallion(s) or an outside stallion (if they have the equipment) and the 'Leaser' get's the resulting foal the next year.
This is good because the owner are not left with a possible unwanted foal & the 'leaser' gets a foal that is more 'personalized' to what they want and because some people who would like to raise a foal of there own but dose not have a quality mare, stallion or access to a breeding facility.
With todays economy foal are harder to sale then older ridding horse so if you breed one foal to sale and the rest are BAF we will have a less chance of the foal going to a slaughter house or being abandoned.
