I am Ashley the founder of the AUHA. I hope everyone like's it here and has a great time.
The reason I started the AUHA was because 2 years ago my first horse was pregnant with her (and my
) first foal and I started to look around for a 'open' association that was like AQHA or APHA where people were encouraged to show there horses, become friends and have fun but all I could find was open associations that was more for people or only open to specific colors, patterns or breed crosses so I wrote down what I would want in a association and it all started snowballing from there till now in 2013 I started this Forum. Lots of things have changed since I started writing and with your help they will continue to grow but this will always be open to all breeds, colors and patterns of horses.
I really want this to be a 'we' endeavor some place where we can come together to learn, find friends, ridding buddy's and just have fun with our horses. Please join us in our dream.

I am 26 (as of 2013) and I tried to make my avatar as much like myself as I possibly could. I'm usually quite shy when around new people (except when talking about my horses
. I have been around horses I was 16 and got Min Fray in 2004.
I have 2 horses:
My Heart Stood Still (AKA: Min Fray) my wonderful mare. She is a 1999* Flee-bitten Gray(over Brown) QH(/TB cross I'm quite sure(looks more TB when she's not so fat
) that I bought as an 8yo Blue Roan (she was 5YO). This picture was taken wile she was pregnant with Preya. Sorry I can't get any newer pictures Photobucket doesn't like my computer
