AUHA is against Genetic Disorders:
Some horses that have Quarter Horse, Appaloosa, Paint or Arabian should be tested for any Genetic Disorders if your horse is known to have a Genetic Disorder we will not register them we till there gelded, we want to keep our bloodlines clean and clear and foals of a known carrier will not be registered.
