This is an open association to all horses there is no color, pattern or breed restriction's.
Our Goals are:
To expand the knowledge & skills of all horse owners and lovers
To ensure responsible horse ownership
To hold relaxed, fun events which help foster friendship between horse owners
To raise the quality of American's Grade horses
To learn more about horse genetics
To help provide homes to unwanted or abandoned horses
To help equine rescue shelters
Please look through all the rules before registering your horse.
Basic rules:
1 - One foal per year per owner(with the money problems the way they are horses are not selling and many are being abandoned we want to cut down on breeding. If you want to raise a couple foals you can Build-A-Foal or buy them.)
2 - We ask(not exactly a rule) that you don't breed AUHA rescue horses unless they are have a 60%(at least) in rating.
3 - We do not register mules or donkeys (please see The American Donkey and Mule Society)
4 - A stallion must go through the Stallion Rating and be showing in at least six different disciplines.

and send your registration pictures to auha.horses@gmail.com or send a CD with your horse's pictures with the papers.
We do accept donations to help with buying the supply's and rescuing horses.
